I found some really nice miniature doors at a website called Cool Mini or Not, where (you guessed it) you vote on whether or not you like a painted miniature. Here are the ones that I thought were the best:

Blast Door
Hell Gate
The portal to the Erebor
gate to Mordor
dwarf fortress door
